Connect
You can sync the watch to your smartphone and receive notifications, audio prompts and control your music all from your wrist. Track your training in real time with Live Track and then compare your results using the Group Track option compare and contrast with your friends. Also use sync your watch to the Garmin Connect App to share goals and training statistics with an online community of other Garmin watch users.
