The Vivoactive 3 will then help keep you on track with full tracking of your exercise, reps, sets, and rest all in real time.

The Elevate wrist-based heart rate monitor provides greater insight into your fitness and stress showing how your body responds in different situations. Firstly, the watch will use this information to estimate your VO2 max and fitness which are two physical fitness indicators which can be improved over time. The Elevate system will also provide real-time heart rate monitoring which is used to calculate and track your stress levels.

Never worry about forgetting your wallet again with the new contactless payment option. With compatible banks you can use the watch to make contactless payments while on the go.
